No, she wouldn't let both sides come apart! Chihiro reached over, relaxing her grip from the left to hold the right together, lest that tear worsen further.
She succeeded just in time. The small tear stopped at her midriff, barely revealing half of her lower side. It was odd, but hardly inappropriate.
What happened afterward was another story. The draft at her left side grew, and before long she felt it all over her front and back.
The left side of her jacket came apart completely... and without any support from her left shoulder, easily parted at the side to fall from her front and back all at once, barely hanging on her shoulder... and revealing half of her bra's plainly visible appearance, in its entirety.
There was some cleavage, too, yet the fact that Chihiro had very little to show off was not of much reassurance. She took a deep breath, feeling her face tinging redder at this added obstacle. She could still fix this... no reactions yet. Steadying herself, Chihiro held the right of her jacket together with one hand, reached over to her parted left with the other, then...
