Nobody had seen her

Thankfully, nobody in the audience had seen her mishap. Shrouded in shadows, she stealthily made her way across the remainder of the catwalk to the exit. She found that it was unlocked, and quickly opened the door and slipped through. She found herself in an empty stairway which lead down to one of the main hallways. To her right was a small ventilation shaft. A brief examination of the covering revealed that it was loose, and small enough to squeeze through.

Two options lay before her. Should she try to sneak through the hallways, in the hopes that they would be deserted due to the meeting in the auditorium? Or should she take her chances with the ventilation shaft, and risk getting stuck inside?
