Regret and sorrow

Naruto is relieved that Hinata has returned back to normal, but now he has to do something he doesn't look forward to: Take responsibility to what happened. "You're welcome...", she breathes out softly as she notices Narutos face is scooting closer. She closes her eyes and moves in a bit.

With that, they close the distance and kiss, as if for the first time. It is a kiss wholly different than the lust-crazed ones they had shared before, it is one filled with affection.

But it stays at that, neither Hinata nor Naruto dare to do more in fear of what will happen again. But for once, they enjoy the closeness of the other, almost forgetting the situation they're in, if it wasn't for the soft snorring sounds of the other two girls in the room.
