A pack of demonic beasts ready to attack

As soon as Rhea and her followers arrived at the heart of the western forest, they knew that they were going to get inevitably attacked by something or someone, for this area was infamous for it's complete lack of law and order, yet, of all things they expected to attack them, they never expected it to be a pack of demonic beasts.

"uhh, what is that ?", asked a young knight of Seiros nervously upon seeing one of these beasts eyeing them from a distance. For effectively, the convoy had been surrounded by many of them.

"It's just a demonic beast, a normal animal that has been corrupted by a crest stone, you should really have known that", Catherine explained to her fellow knight.

"Right..., but can someone explain to me why we came here in the first place if it's filled with these things ?", Gilbert asked and complained.

"We need to show the light of Seiros to all of Fódlan to show to then that the Church is their best ally, and that includes the poor isolated communities forgotten by all", Rhea explained.

"Well then, it looks like we will have to cleave our way throught, so let's do that!", Catherine said, upon which, she and her fellow knights of Seiros began to battle the demonic beasts that there were in their path. There were too many of them, the young knight said, but Catherine reasured him, saying that they were the Knights of Seiros and that they could deal with anything, right ?
