You command him

You send the man of steel to the watch tower, where you learn is where the rest of the justice league is staying. They seemed to have not learned of his capture, so you give him about a dozen pods, and a hidden eyepiece so you can see what he does. As he enters the watchtower, you see a familiar face that shouldn't be there. Batman. Somehow he's here, and you're pissed. You get Superman to go to the center room for now, as you want to wait to use the pods until you can get everyone at once. You see Martian Manhunter, the flash, Wonderwoman, Green lantern, and Batman. As they decide what to do about you, the flash realizes there's something wrong with Superman. Before it's too late, you get Superman to capture Batman and Green Lantern, but Flash runs as fast as possible and gets Wonderwoman out of there. With only Martian Manhunter left, you get both Superman and Green Lantern fighting him. After fighting for over 30 minutes, and bruises on every side, Batman sets up the nuclear reactor, and you get Superman and Green Lantern out of there. But the Martian dies, alongside any hope for his species to live.
