Harry pick his surname Smith because it were a very common name around the world and in Hogwarts. He decided on his first name Rose due to his mother and aunt were both name after plants. He knew he had to pick one in honor of his decease mother.

Dumbledore smile. His brilliant mind picking up on the name since he knew his mother from the original wizarding war. "Pretty name miss Smith. Now I say don't let loose your tongue about your first name unless you are around your friends."

Harry knew what Albus meant. He should only tell his close friends about him being transform into a girl. Harry didn't know if he should tell them however.

Dumbledore sat up to leave again. "Now Rose. Please make good decisions or you might end up staying in this form forever."
