June arrives

“Right, right,” Jamie quickly opened the door June was standing behind.

“Good to see you,” she said with a pleasant, professional smile.

“You too. Please come in. Can I get you anything?” Jamie walked June into the living room.

“Water please. That would be nice.”

Jamie went to the kitchen and got June a glass leaving June on the couch. She opened up her laptop and was ready to begin once Jamie had returned.

“Thank you,” she took the glass and had a sip as Jamie sat across from her.

“Now, lets get started. Are you having any problems or irritation anywhere?”

“No, I've been fine.”

“Good. Have you noticed any changes?” she asked, attempting to not look hopeful.

“Actually, now that you mention it, I think I might. My skin feels kind of different since we started,” he said running his fingers along his arm.

“Any pain or discomfort?” she typed away.

“A little. Everything feels a bit more sensitive lately. I feel a little colder than usual but other things have been nicer.”

“Such as?” she asked looking up from her screen.

Jamie decided to not talk about how nice Linda's clothes have been feeling on his body and instead settled for talking about the blankets at night. They spoke more about small things that he had not really thought about. His body's scent smelled a bit different but that was hard to say if it was him or the toiletries he had been given. The same could be said about his hair, which was shinier and softer.

“I guess the only other thing I can mention is my general anxiety has gone down, too. I just feel more relaxed and kind of 'go with the flow' more. Could that be related?”

“I can't say but I am glad you have been feeling better,” she told him, writing that down. Once she finished up and shut down her laptop, she gathered some things from her bag and handed him a piece of paper.

“What is this?” Jamie asked.

“It's a website address, Account name and password. I'd like you to start documenting what you notice once a week. Also, if you are interested, there are some other trials you can sign up for. Some are online so you won't even have to come down to the clinic.”

“Great thank you.”
