Memories of Delia shifted in their head, getting overwritten with this new life story. It was as if a weight had been lifted off her chest and would never return. At least any time soon.
"So we're in the same boat then." Silvia explained, finding Anna's gaze back on her. "You could stay at my place."
Anna's cheek turned red, but she nodded nonetheless.
"Thanks." the grunt whispered, resisting the urge to go in for a kiss. This was their first date. It seemed too early for such a thing. "So do we have a mission or something to cap off this date?"
Silvia nodded.
"Of course." she answered, smile on her face now.
