“Ok, the note says,

Dear Percy and Annabeth,

When I found out about Percy being ABDL, I decided to send you a magic backpack. If you wish for anything that is babyish, it will appear inside the backpack. I also had Hera (it took a lot of effort to convince her to do this) twist the other campers memories to make this seem normal. Also, I convinced Chiron and Athena to let you sleep in the Athena cabin and had Hera make it seem normal for everyone else. Enjoy your ABDL life.
