Talking about it with Shelly and the final stage of the plan.

“Shelly, what the FUCK!?” You yell. You can’t help it. You have no idea what any of that was about.

“Ok brother, calm down! I know this looks weird, but hear me out!” Shelly tries to calm you down, holding your shoulders. “I just HAD to tell her! Just like you feel bad cheating on her, I feel bad lying to her!”

“Ok, but you didn’t have to tell her THAT!”

“I just… thought it was the right time. I still think it was.” She says, and she can’t help the grin that forms on her face.

“What do you mean?”

“Have you seen the way she looks at us?”

“No…” Ok, you have, but do't really know what to make of it.

“I had my suspicions, but when I told her about us, I was certain.” Shelly has a huge smirk on her face now. She can barely hold her excitement. “Her face was beet-red! There wasn’t an ounce of anger or disgust in her! She’s 100% in on this!”

“What? Are you sure?” You ask, skeptical.

“At the very least, I don’t think she’s disgusted with us. That thing about her mom took me by surprise, though.”

“Oh, but I totally saw it coming!” You say sarcastically. You sigh and sit down on the couch of the living room. “I don’t know what to think anymore.” You slump. This is too much. You didn’t ask for this much drama in your life.

“Bro, she went to you to tell you she loves you AFTER hearing what I had to say! It’s going to be fine! Drink a glass of warm milk, go to bed and you’ll see how everything fixes itself by tomorrow.”

“If only it were that easy.” You wish.

After the glass of warm milk, the stress hits you like a truck and you’re out like a light.

Even with the memories of the Labyrinth, you’re surprised. Things are a mess, but they’re going in the direction you planned. You didn’t count on Shelly just telling Vivian the truth, but you did count on her taking it well. That’s what you’ve been working on for about a week already.
