Maybe here you'll find a decent hench to hire. The strange thing is all these worlds have a strange 3 circle symbol and as you look closer at it all you hear is a high pitch giggle.
Quickly you shift and pull several worlds to your view.

Cartoon Overlord is a Conquest/Adventure story. You start off as a unknown Wanna be villain before you start your master plan to take over cartoon worlds.
