Erica is studying with Alicia, Carrie, and Christa.

Christa slammed her book onto the table in frustration. "I don't get this!" she declared in complete frustration. Erica looked over at her in sympathy. Christa was an art major and she was studying more theoretical concepts.

"Don't worry about it," Carrie told her. "Maybe you just need to take a break."

"Yeah," Erica agreed. "You look stressed."

Christa glared at Erica. "If I'm stressed, it's because I have an exam in a few days and a swim meet on the same day!" Poor scheduling aside, Erica was quite excited for the swim meet. Lisa, Carrie, Christa, and Ashley were all members of the swim team, which meant that the day of the meet, Erica would have a day where the majority of her tormentors would be busy, and therefore, unable to bother her.

"Christa, stop glaring," Alicia chastised her. "You'll get wrinkles."

Christa crossed her arms across her chest and pouted. "Fuck you," she said to Alicia.

"Maybe next time," Alicia replied, even as she continued writing. When she finished the problem she was working on, she gave Christa her full attention. "What you need is a little encouragement."

Erica felt a chill after Alicia announced this.
