As much as you can understand

You open the document, only to find it is about 25 pages of small print legalese. You try your best to understand the document, but the boring and overly complicated speech mostly goes over your head. There are some bits that are repeated many times, namely that you will not speak of any actions that take place at work on social media, to press, or to anyone outside your place of work under threat of legal action. You come across a place that lists areas you may work, including the dining hall, the stables, the hunting grounds, and the housing area. Funny, you didn’t realize that they had those type of places at the Downs, but you aren’t suprised the uber wealthy have weird quirks. You see many legal threats throughout, but you fail to notice what the legal threat really is.

Figuring you understand enough, just don’t mess up and you can make money, you sign and initial every where you need to and submit all your required materials. It doesn’t take long, maybe just under an hour, before you get a congratulatory email and a message saying they are sending a Lyft to pick you up in thirty minutes, be ready and presentable.

Well that was unexpected, but you guess that they are used do getting processes done quickly and effectively. You take the fastest shower you can, and try to decide the proper outfit to wear.
