“Why are you hitting your brother,” said Shizune? Both Tenten and Sasuki seemed nervous. It seemed that for once I was safe. I moved towards Shizune, pulling out the IV in my arm.

I did my best to explain the situation.

“Sh….th…..hands,” I said. That was basically what I wanted to say. Shizune looked at the water, and towel. She seemed to put together the situation.

“Did you try to corrupt your brother’s innocence,” said Shizune? Tenten replied immediately.

“Innocence, he’s a pig,” said Tenten.

“mm…no…innocc…..gerous,” I said. Shizune put a hand onto my shoulder and began to stroke my hair.

“Well it’s a good thing his girlfriend is here now,” said Shizune. She tended to pretend she was my girlfriend, although she was more of the mother figure for me and Tenten. It didn’t embarrass me like it used to. “Tsunade has a mission for you Alain. If you’re up to it.” After what I had experienced I wanted to quickly get away from this place. I grabbed my things instantly. Walking around Sasuki who seemed to not be able to look me in the eye.

Before I could step out of the room, Sasuki stopped me. Her arms wrapped around my body. Even after what happened, the danger of a mission didn’t stop her from saying goodbye.

“I’ll see you when you get back,” said Sasuki. I felt her lips against my cheek for a moment, before she stepped away looking very nervous. Tenten waved bye. Something must have actually happened. It wasn’t just my imagination.
