DC and/or Marvel Superheroes

The Masters of Evil. The Brotherhood of Evil. The Injustice League. The Secret Society. And many, many Rogues Gallery. So many villains, so many foes. Given the facts of society, most of them being male. What if one or more of them were turned into attractive ladies? How would our heroes react to this change? Or would they know?

Would their foes merely become female version of themselves? Fuse with heroines, with villainesses, with love interests? Or even celebrities? Or other fictional characters? Would it be like a fusion dance merging of two people, or a villain taking on the characteristics of someone else. Someone female?

So the question is which villain is changed first? Or is it villains?
