Start at the dock

After hours on an elegant ship, you are glad to finally arrive on solid ground. Yes it did have many amnenities you could have taken advantage of, but the rocking seas made you nauseated enough to spend the entire trip miserably in your small room. Getting off the ship, you finally get a chance to look around. This resort island looks amazing! A tropical hotel paradise, beautiful weather, and luxurious accommodations everywhere. The water is a bright clear blue, the sand is nearly flawless, and all the buildings look extremely modern and classy. The weather feels almost too perfect, in the mid seventies with a nice breeze bringing along the scent of the sea. The few other passengers that were on the ship with you seem to already know where they are going. An extremely wealthy Hollywood couple is heading in the direction of some cabanas, while a playboy model is walking on a path inland.

You knew you were supposed to meet a guide near the docks, and you could wait for them to give you the proper tour. Or you could be adventurous, and try to explore on your own.
