Is something wrong?

Quantum locked nudity

"Amy, you got dressed, right?" Rory asked.

"Duh, of course. I'm not gonna walk around here starkers." Amy answered.

"Then, I would suggest you look down." The Doctor said.

Amy looked down in horror and yelped as she saw she was once again naked! She quickly covered her body with her hands.

"Look away!" She cried.

The men turned away, and Amy was about to run back to get dressed, but saw she looked down and saw she was completely clothed.

"Wait, I'm not naked anymore." Amy said, dumbfounded.

The men quickly turned around and as one said:

"No, you're not."

Amy looked down and was once again naked!

"I don't understand! I got dressed, but when you look at me, my clothes disappear!" Amy cried.

"Ah, you naughty, naughty Angel! You're not a hardened predator, you were exiled for stretching the boundaries of your power. The other Angels felt it was abused, and exiled you to the one place nudity wouldn't be noticed, and you could roam freely. Oh, YOU. ARE. GOOD!" The Doctor proclaimed as he strutted around the center console.

"So, what does this mean?" Rory asked.

"It means Amy's body is quantum locked! Like how the Angels can't move when you look at them, Amy will be naked whenever someone looks at her!" The Doctor explained.

"How is that possible?" Amy asked, cowering on the floor, covering as much as possible.

"That's why it exposed you instead of sending you back in time. It found a way to use your clothed state to sustain itself. It just needed access to your clothing, and your body. It came into contact with both, and somehow manipulated your body. And as long as you're naked, the Angel can draw power from the potential of when you should have been clothed!" The Doctor explained.

"So, any way around this?" Amy asked.

The Doctor paced back and forth as Rory and Amy waited for him to suddenly have a revelation.
