Does Haley go through with this plan?

Yes

Knowing she has at most only a few seconds before her mom gets downstairs Haley immediately begins removing her clothes as quickly as possible.

After pulling her dress over her head Haley tosses it into the nearby pantry.

Having not worn a bra Haley then pulls her panties down her legs and over her bare feet as fast as she can.

Completely naked now Haley looks for a place to hide her panties but not seeing any convenient place to do so she decides to do the next best thing and throws them in the nearby trash can.

Mere moments later Haley is nearly blinded by the kitchen lights being turned on.

Haley immediately covers her naked chest with both arms and squeals. At the same time, she's glad that the kitchen island hides her lower half from her mom's eyes.

Upon seeing her daughter in the kitchen seemingly completely naked her mom says :

What in the Heck Haley?

To which Haley replies :

Please stop looking at me mom. This is so embarrassing.

To which her mother asks :

Not until you explain why you're naked in the kitchen.

Letting out an exasperated sigh Haley attempts to explain/deceive her mother:

Well, Mom, I was laying in bed trying to get to sleep when I realized that I was thirsty. Also, I sometimes sleep naked and figured that since everyone else was already asleep I could just come downstairs, get something to drink and go back to my room without my nudity being an issue. Can I please go back to my room now Mom?
