Chapter 8 by Rowenar Rowenar

What happens next?

There's a job for Supergirl!

Kara used her superspeed to get over to the phone. She didn’t go as fast as she theoretically could, the wind from that would ruin her apartment, so Sara caught sight of a little skin as she went over to the phone, then went back to pick up a spare chair, then hid behind that chair by the phone.

“Hi, it’s Kara,” she said, breathless. “I need help to search for- Oh. Oh, um-”

Suddenly she faltered, cheeks turning a deeper crimson.

“I’ll- after,” she said. “There’s an artefact called the Spear of Destiny, could you look it up? It has to be somewhere. It’s… kinda urgent. Right, thanks. And- oh. Um, I’ll- ok.”

She hung up a bit awkwardly, flashing a little of her chest before withdrawing quickly behind the sofa.

“So?” Alex said. “What…”

“They’ll look,” Kara said. “But I- they need Supergirl. An alien’s attacking downtown.”

“Oh,” Alex said. Her eyes went wide. “I’m sure they can-”

“They called me,” Kara said. “I can’t just- It’s my job. Who I am, I can’t just… stop helping people, letting them get hurt. I-”

She whimpered.

“If I’m quick, maybe no one will see,” she said. She peered out; Sara saw how much she was blushing. It seemed even Kara didn’t believe that.

There were a few moments of silence; Kara breathing in, psyching herself up-

And then there was a whoosh of air, the window left ajar. Immediately Alex was crawling out from behind the sofa, flushing but purposeful.

“Don’t look,” she said, voice nervous, reaching for the TV control. “I just- She’ll be distracted. I want to be sure she’s ok, and there’s always coverage of this kind of thing.”

She grabbed the control, then hurried back behind the sofa, stumbling from shame. Sara snuck a quick peek, unable to resist.

It was quite impressive how red Alex was, and yet worrying about her sister was the priority.

Sara shifted behind her chair, and the feeble cover it provided. She’d love to just get anywhere else, but there was no sneaking in this apartment and very few decent hiding places.

And then suddenly there was a cry from the TV. A banner declared it as live footage, a huge hulking inhuman creature went from menacing tossing cars, to being knocked into a building-

And for a moment Sara saw Kara’s ass, as she had to slow for the impact. A moment after and she was gone. Ok, her speed was impressive.

Then again so was her opponent’s; on what was clearly Kara’s next approach, the alien moved like a blur and grabbed her, slowing her for precious seconds with a hand around her neck. Her bare legs kicked uselessly, her tits shook with the exertion, before a burst of heat vision freed her.

“Oh no,” murmured Alex.

The news reporter’s dialogue had suddenly become rather taken back, if not as horrified as Alex’s expression now that her sister’s naked body had been shown to the whole city.

The fight didn’t take long, though there were a few more glimpses. Supergirl pausing to use her heat vision and giving an almost perfect shot of her boobs and pussy, another glimpse of her ass (with some sideboob) as she flew at the alien…

Until it lay ****, ready to be picked up. Quickly Alex turned the TV off as the footage returned to images of the battle, pausing on shots of Supergirl in action, taking the time to zoom in on the nude hero.

A whoosh of air, and a proud looking Kara landed. She strode with her hands on her hips, looking almost regal for a second before she lost the glow of victory and remembered her present state. With a more subdued squeak, she zipped to cover behind the sofa and beside Alex, covering herself with one arm.

“Ok, dealt with it,” Kara said. “Stayed fast, and kicked ass. No prob-”

She faltered, taking in Alex’s wide eyes.

“Wh-what is it?” Kara said.

Lie and spare her feelings, or tell the truth?
