As her first assignment under the command of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, Mari was tasked with joining an **** on a Republic world. While the droid armies would be engaged in combat against the clones, her job was to strike behind their lines and cripple their forces. Raiding outposts and small bases, as well as the occasional Republic controlled town.

Jumping out of hyperspace over the system in question, Mari was greeted with the sight of several Separatist warships orbiting the planet, with dozens of landing craft leaving the ships and landing upon the planet. Seeing the lack of any battle, it was safe to assume that the Republic had very little in turns of space combat in the system, it they had any at all.

Sitting in her command chair, while a togruta was kneeling beside her holding a tray of food and drink, Mari watched the droids establish themselves on the system while listening on the comm channel for any developments. At the current moment, there were several different developments across the system that would be perfect for the Zygerrian captain to assist in. In several sectors, the Republic forces had managed to deploy ground to air defenses in an effort to counter the droid fleet. Sending her forces to secure the sight would give the CIS forces an advantage. aside from the cannons, there were many bases and outposts that were scrambling to move against the droids. Attacking these targets would weaken the clones defenses and allow the droids to make claiming the system an easy mission.

Either way, whatever choice she made, Mari would still be collecting plenty of slaves for her Empire. And maybe a few for her personal use as well. Even with the **** she currently possessed, she could always use more toys to play with.
