The hunter.

Dusk was falling as Eighteen moved cautiously into the small clearing. Since the prisoner had her fellow guard Twelve hostage, he must be in possession of a stunner and a painstick. She had observed the clearing for some minutes from cover before moving out, wary that the **** fugitive would attempt another ambush. The tall blonde guardwoman quickly saw signs that Calvo and Twelve had paused here. Prints from their boots were most obvious beside the small stream that ran through the glade. Eighteen bent down to drink from the stream and froze as she saw a different set of tracks. With a finger she traced the outline of the print and recognised at once what creature had made them.

"Oh fuck, a cuckoo raptor." Eighteen swore, fear evident in her voice.

The athletic nordic guard eyed the treeline nervously and her thoughts went back to her and Twelves arrival on Tau Ceti two and their lesson on the planet's natural hazards....

.....Eighteen and Twelve were sitting next to each other in a classroom in the guard barracks. The guard commander, a tall freckled redhead was briefing the new contingent of guardwomen on the dangers they could expect to face if they had to leave the safety of the compounds forcefields and watchtowers.

"This delightful creature is the cuckoo raptor." The Commander said, pressing a button to activate a lifesize 3D hologram of the beast.

Several of the new intake gasped. The cuckoo raptor stood about 7 feet tall and had four prehensile arms tipped with four clawed fingers apiece. It's head resmbled that of a lizard with small eyes set on either side of it's narrow protuding muzzle. The creature looked as though it would weigh in at over 300lb. Hanging down between it's powerful legs, the raptor's cock was about a foot long with irregular ridges running down it's length.

"The cuckoo raptor has evolved as a species with only one sex." The Commander continued, once the women had finished nudging one another and making crude comments about the size of it's penis. "It earns its name from it's method of procreation. Using it's excellent sense of smell it seeks out the females of any species large enough to carry it's young and physically subdues them. It will the penetrate them, it's cock expanding once inside. The ridges of which prevent it's victim from pulling free. The creature will then insert one to three ready fertilised eggs directly into the womb of it's host, before releasing them."

The red headed officer paused and studied her class gravely. "The cuckoo raptor considers humans to be a suitable host and whilst the creature takes great care to avoid seriously injuring it's victims because they need to be fit and well to carry it's young, I am told that the experiance is a terrifying ordeal. Painsticks are of little use against the creature and it will take at least a half dozen shots from a stunner to render the beast ****. Any guard venturing outside the forcefields must carry heavy blaster rifles. As a final note, because the eggs are fertilised before insertion our contraceptive implants will have no effect, immediate hospital treatment is needed for any guard who falls victim to the raptor."

There was a shocked silence in the room as the officer's words sunk in, broken on by the nervous fidgiting of the guards as they each imagined what it must feel like to be violated in such a nightmarish fashion.

After the class as the women filed out Twelve turned to her taller companion. "I hope I never meet one of those raptors, I couldn't bear having any horrid cock inside me."

Eighteen brushed her fingertips down the small guards cheek. "Don't worry, I'd never let anything happen to you my love."

Twelve smiled nervously at her lover and the two guards headed off to their bunk....

....Eighteen followed the course of the raptor's tracks around the clearing. They stopped by a patch of dampened grass that still smelt distinctly of urine and then headed off following the trail left by Calvo and Twelve. The beast had the scent of a female and was on the hunt!
