Calvo finds shelter.

It was getting dark when Calvo spotted the cave set in a rocky outcrop almost hidden by trees. It was only the depth of shadows at the caves mouth that betrayed it's presence. Calvo guided Twelve to the caves entrance and motioned her to wait whilst he ducked inside with the captured stungun at the ready. He reappeared a few seconds later to declare the cave suitable and uninhabited. Calvo collected dry brush and leaves for tinder. A circle of stones filled with cold ashes near the cavemouth showed that others had sheltered here sometime in the past. Using the painstick on it's highest setting he was able to light the tinder and soon had branches blazing in the crude fireplace. Twelve hunched near the fire shivering, her uniform was still soaked from the two falls into water she had suffered that day and once the sun Tau Ceti had set the temperature had dropped dramatically. Calvo took off his boots, then his shirt and trousers and arranged the near the fire. The captured guardwoman looked up at her naked captor fearfully as he approached. Kneeling next to her Calvo untied her hands.

"Strip." He ordered. "Need to get those clothes dried out before you catch hypothermia."

Tweve was still for a moment as she considered his command. Realising that Calvo was right and that she was in no position to resist anyway, she began to undress. Calvo watched her intently as she stripped. Her delicate pointy breasts were firm and slightly upturned with small dark nipples hardened from the cold. Nestling in the valley between her pert cones were her dog tags. Twin strips of white metal hanging from a thin chain, imprinted with barcodes that contained her details and service record. She slipped out of her uniform bottoms, revealing the rich dark thatch of her bush. Stripped of her uniform the guardwoman looked small and ****, her short cropped black hair and boyish figure made her look far younger than she was. Calvo took her clothing and added them to his own beside the fire.

"Ok sweetcheeks, over there." Calvo pointed. "by that big root."

Twelve looked round. A tree root as thick as her arm had grown through the wall of the cave and disappeared into the floor. Calvo tied one end of the cord to a wrist and passed the free end behind the root before securing Tweves other wrist, Grasping the root he pulled hard to ensure it was firm and grunted with satisfaction when it refused to budge. He patted Twelve on the head as if she had been a child.

"Make yourself at home sweetcheeks." The fugitive laughed.

Eighteen had less luck finding a place to sleep that night. As darkness fell and it became impossible to track her quarry any longer she had squeezed into a hollow tree. She dozed fitfully, the stunner and painstick clenched in her fists. Somewhere out there lurked the cuckoo raptor and every sound from Tau Ceti two's nocturnal wildlife made her jump and her eyes would dart about as she held her breath with her heart racing. How far was she from Twelve right now she wondered and what would that bastard do to her?

Near the cave, the cuckoo raptor crouched in cover. It had tracked the female scent this far but the fire in the cave dissuaded it from entering. Though by no means sentient the raptor possessed a predatory cunning and intelligence. The female inside would come out eventually and it was patient.

Calvo had begun to doze off by the fire when he heard Twelve murmering softly to herself. He crept silently closer and studied her by the firelight. Her eyes were closed, but her eyelids fluttered as her eyes moved rapidly beneath them. He realised she was dreaming. Twelve began to writhe, her slender thighs rubbing together. Her body arched, her meagre breasts thrusting upward the nipples stiff and swollen. The guardwoman's legs spread apart and her heels dug into the dirt, thusting her thick furred crotch up. Calvo smelt the familiar scent of female arousal.

"Goddamn!" Calvo whispered to himself, licking lips. "The bitch is having a wet dream."
