What's next?

Walking up the stairs to my apartment I head a commotion and saw there was a locksmith changing the locks with my landlord next to him. I ran up the steps and said: "Hey what is going on". My landlord looked over at me with a look of disgust and said: "You are being evicted that's what". "But all my stuff is in there," I said feeling panic creep into my voice. My landlord smiled and said "Yeah well I guess you will have to get it back after we sort this out in court" as he held out a final eviction notice. "I..." started to stammer before the landlord interrupted me and said "Are three months late on rent and are going to leave my building before I call the cops"
Feeling despair creep in and too shocked to do anything I left walking back down the stairs into the dark lobby. After what felt like forever I rubbed my writs and idea came to mind. I willed my change and after a blink, it was done. Looking down at myself I still had the same soft worn skull cap covering my hair and the same black wool coat and jeans, but everything was a bit... tighter. My coat, in particular, seemed to strain at the chest. Taking a few calming breaths I walked back up the stairs trying to not feel like a fool.
I saw the locksmith getting my landlord to sign some paperwork as he packed up. As he looked over at me he said: "What can I do for you miss". I froze for a second thinking up a story before saying "I was hoping I could get some of my stuff from my deadbeat boyfriend but it looks like he may be gone." My landlord smiled at that and said: "Yeah you just missed him but what did you leave in there". I shrugged moving closer as the locksmith left and said "My computer, a few clothes, not much but some stuff I really want back"
The landlord paused for a moment eyes running over me before saying "I'm really not supposed to let anyone in after I served the last notice" as his words ended though there was a big but.
