John goes to Moira's Manor of Mysteries!

The rest of the school day went on without any sort of problems. John was a little sad nothing else happened. He had slowly become used to the more exciting aspects of the Abyss and got a thrill whenever he had to fight.

Once school ended, John made his way to the parking lot and met with Moira. She handed him a helmet, and the two got on her motorcycle. Moira, with her liberal take on the rules of the road, once again made it to her manor in record time. Reginald greeted them as he took the motorcycle to park it while the two went into the manor.

The two made their way to one of the meeting rooms where a man John had not seen before was waiting for them. The man was of old age, with a long grey beard like you’d see on Gandolf the Grey, while he wore a dark cloak that wrapped around him.

“John, this is Cornelious Stolt, or High Sage. He is in charge of our various arcane aspects and is best suited to determine what shall be traded for your piece of lust,” Moira informed John.

“Nice to meet you, sir,” John said as he outstretched his hand. The old man grabbed hold of it with both hands and gave it a few good shakes.

“It is nice to meet you too, young man. The Warden has told me some of what she knows about your powers, and, I must say, they sound fascinating! Now, you got this piece of lust by breaking down some food it was in, is that correct?” asked the curious sage.

“Uh yeah. Sadly, I did not realize it until after I had already ingested some of it. It was…an experience to work it out. That’s for sure,” John said right when Lorelei walked in.

“It was an…interesting way to remove the taint, John,” said Lorelei, which would have caused John to panic if not for the effects of Gamer’s Spirit keeping him calm.

“Yes well, I’m just glad it didn’t get any worse than what it did,” John replied.

“Was your mother affected at all? Or has she been acting strangely?” asked Moira, with what John thought might have been genuine concern.

“Uh, no, she’s fine. I’ll make sure to let you know if she does change,” John lied to Moira. He just had a quick glance at Lorelei who seemed to be looking right through him despite her eyes being covered. I’ll have to talk to Lorelei once this trade is done and see what exactly she knows. I want to handle my mom situation myself if possible. The less people that know about it, the better, John thought as he watched Cornelious look over the piece of lust.

“Hmm. This piece of lust is quite powerful. I fear it may be from a heart of lust. If so, that means there is a succubus somewhere in the city,” Cornelious told the group as he stroked his beard.

“Yes, I would have to agree. But, if it was in the food, does that mean she is hiding somewhere where she can taint food, like a supermarket? Or did she sense John’s power and targeted him personally?” questioned Lorelei.

“Either way, we must begin a search of the city immediately to find out where it is and who it has corrupted. Hopefully we can still purify those that have been corrupted by it,” Moira stated and began to leave, “Make sure to give him a reward for this piece and the information we’ve gained from it. I’ll trust your judgment for a proper reward,” once she finished talking, Moira left and headed towards her father’s study.

“Of course, Warden. Now, son, you’ve given us a dangerous substance and allowed us to determine that a succubus is on the loose. I’d say you’ve earned anything up to our more rare items. Depending on what you choose, you can have multiple of what we have. Now, follow me,” the old man said as he went towards a bookstack and, with a wave of his hand, made a door appear. “This’ll take us to our alchemy lab, where we keep our various components for spells, runes, and such,” Cornelious said before he went through the door. Lorelei began to follow before John grabbed ahold of her arm.

“Uh, Lorelei, did you see what happened to me under the piece of lust’s effects?” John asked her, worried that the answer would be what he feared.

“I did. So, yes, I do know you lied to the Warden but I also saw us speaking, so I held my tongue,” confessed the blind seer.

“I knew it. Listen, I think my mom is fine now. She doesn’t know anything about the Abyss, and I really don’t want her to know. So please, I beg of you, let me handle her!” pleaded John. Lorelei was quiet as she contemplated how to handle John’s request.

“As you wish. I shall defer to your request unless I get another vision of her in trouble. I will be **** to let the Warden know your mother is in trouble,” replied Lorelei.

“That’s fair. Thank you so much for this, Lorelei!” John said happily as he hugged the girl. John saw that she blushed as he hugged her and formed a smile on his face. As he was pulling away he made sure to bring his hand down and have it glide across her ass, which made her face become even more red.

“After you, Lorelei,” John said as he gently placed his hand on her back and she went through. John quickly followed behind her and saw rows upon rows of various items on shelves that just seemed to go on.

“Now, you say your, what’s it called, craft ability, can take various items and fuse them into one item like boots or a potion?” asked the curious old man.

“Uh, yes to the boots and no to the potions. I have another skill, Alchemy, which handles potions. At least I think it does,” John confessed.

“Ah, I see. Is there anything specific you wish to craft?” Cornelious asked.

“Uh, how about something I can use to make some strong armor?” replied John.

“Hmm. Well for all you’ve given us today, I think some of this would be good…” Cornelious said as he wandered down an aisle that was lined with various metals. John recognized some of the metals, but others were new. “Yes, yes, this should work!” exclaimed the old man as he pulled out a plate of metal which John had never seen. “This is entherium, an Abyssal metal. We’ve got a few pieces of it we can give you. It has basic magical properties that should assist you. I think giving you 10 ingots of it should be fine,” Cornelious informed John as he brought over a case containing 10 ingots of it.

“Thank you very much, sir,” John said as he put the ingots in his inventory. The three then left the storeroom barrier and returned to the meeting room. The old man excused himself and left, leaving John alone with Lorelei.

“So, is there anything else you need or shall I have Reginald take you home?” she asked.

“Well, Moira said she would be up with adventuring with me after this, so I guess I’ll go find her,” John told her as the two then left the room to go find Moira. After checking a few rooms the two ran into Anwyn, who was more than happy to see John again.

“Oh, hey there, John!” Anwyn said with a smile, “I was hoping you’d come visit today. So what are you two doing?” she asked.

“We’re looking for Moira, she was to go adventuring with me,” John told the maid.

“Oh, she’s not here. She and her father talked and then she rushed out while mumbling something about horny idiots,” Anwyn informed John and Lorelei.

“Oh, how unfortunate. I’ll go fetch Reginald and have him take you home,” Lorelei said to John.

“No, that’s ok, Lorelei, I’ll take John to find Reginald. I’m sure you have more important things to do!” she said as she gave John a wink and grabbed her own breast.

“As you wish,” replied Lorelei before she left John and Anwyn alone.

“So, what do you say we take a small detour before we find Reginald?” Anwyn said as she moved forward to kiss John and grab his crotch.
