Jay Garrick told Barry Allen that speedsters are not gods, they can not get the timeline into the way they wanted. It would be like putting a broken cup together with pieces missing. So any kind of changes could have happened when Barry went back to save his mother from being killed by the Reverse Flash.

One is the version seen on the screen, where we have a Killer Frost, Dr. Alchemy, and evil Speedster again.
