Toyman aka Hiro Okuma had a very simple job make a device that would deflect Kryptonite bullets so that when Power Girl walked on stage to receive her medal she wouldn't have to be listening for a gun shot because she's out in the open which would make a perfect **** attempt. For days he worked on the device but sadly he didn't have any time to test it he quickly grabs the device and makes his way to Metropolis.
