John and Ino were about to start eating lunch when they heard a stuttering voice next to them “ um C-Can i eat lunch with you to?” looking up they saw Hinata Hyuuga standing there nervously with her lunch and face all red

“sure you can join us” John said. Hinata smiled and her slight blush growing he shrugged to himself, Hinata wasn’t so bad and they could have worse company while they ate.

Sakura camback into the classroom and saw that you, Ino and Hinata were getting along sitting in the front row. Ino looked at her pink haired rival before she sat down.

They hadn't been waiting more then five minutes before the door slid open again. A woman with long dark hair, red eyes, and an odd attire that resembled a dress made of bandages walked in. She took in the room for a second before grabbing another chair and placing it in front of the four new genin.

"You must be Team Eight." At their nods, she continued. "I'm Kurenai Yuuhi, your new sensei. You are my first genin team, so I hope you go easy on me." She added a smile at that last part, and John had to make an effort to not adjust his pants.

"I've been told that it's customary for all members of the team to introduce themselves." She paused, waiting for them to start.

John asked "Why don't you go first, sensei? We kinda know each other, but you're new to us."

She nodded. "Excellent point, My name is Kurenai Yuuhi, and my specialty is Genjutsu, or illusionary techniques. I've been a jounin for about a year. I like to read and learn new illusions, and I don't like those who are tardy, or chain smoke. I hope that we can all mesh as a team."

Ino took up where Kurenai left off. "My name is Ino Yamanaka, and I'm good with my family techniques. I like flower arranging and i use to like Sasuke but now i like someone else..." After that last word, she trailed off, drool coming out of her mouth. John snapped his fingers right in front of her face. She jumped and looked around wildly before continuing. "I don't like her!" she pointed at Sakura as she said that, "And I'm good friends with John!" This time her finger was leveled at John. "My hope is that I can..." More drool.

With a sigh, Kurenai indicated Sakura, who began quickly.

"My name's Sakura Haruno, and I'm good with..." she seemed to think for a moment before deciding "Ninja theory. I like Sasuke..." Her stream of drool was even bigger then Ino's, and it took two snaps from John to wake her. "I hate Ino-pig, and John! My hope is..." Again, more drool.

By this time, Kurenai seemed to be begging for an introduction without drool.

" my name is H-Hinata Hyuuga and i'm from the Hyuuga clan i like to do a lot of things. and i like" she stops mid sentence and her face goes all red.

"i guess that just leaves me. my John Doe, and I'm good with Genjutsu, Taijutsu, and Ninjutsu I like the color Blue. and as Ino said we are good friends and My hope is to get stronger as a ninja, and become Hokage!"

Kurenai nodded, seemingly happy that at least one of her team didn't have a crush on the on someone. "We'll meet up at Training Ground 16 for some basic exercises tomorrow. Now, enjoy the rest of your day!"

All four new genin got up and walked out the door. John wasn't halfway down the hallway when he heard someone calling his name.
