Sarah's POV

You close the door to your house. Standing on your porch, you sigh audibly.

"You have to stop being so goddamn caring. First you bring a dying girl into your house and you save her life. Of course that's not enough for her, she needs you to run all over town looking for her boyfriend."

You immediately regret the words of your rant to yourself. You are glad that you saved Alana's life, and you know how hard it was for her to ask you for this favor. Still, you aren't too happy to be doing this. Sighing again, you decide you better get moving.

You lived most of your life in this city, so you know which side roads to navigate in order to avoid anybody who would happen to be out scavenging. You arrive at the address that Alana gave you. You walk up to the door and knock on the door.

No answer.

You knock again while calling Todd's name. There is still no answer. You decide the least you could do is wait a little while to see if Todd returns.

You are about to step away when you are suddenly shoved against the door by someone from behind. You feel the pistol removed from your waist band and pressed against the back of your head.
