Start a Story at Boarbristle Academy

• Learning in the Classroom: lecture and practice.
• Relaxing and chatting in your academic House chambers.
• Homework: practicing spells until you get them right -- or backfire.
• Team Athletics: practice and competition on flying broom polo.
• Magic Dueling: practice with simple disarming spells tolerated, but a bitter rival might propose a more serious private duel.
• Trying to meet another student who's attractive and maybe willing.
• Sneaking out to wander in the Weirding Wood to have sex. Watch out for the lusty resident monsters.
• Getting permission to visit the village of Turnbuckle.
• Challenging students in rival Houses to some kind of individual or group contest for the honor of their Houses.

What dangers threaten the students at Boarbristle?

• Escaped Magical Beasts (yes, Tentacle Monsters are fair game)
• A bitter former student and would-be dark lord seeks to infiltrate and corrupt the students and professors.
• The consequences of trying out forbidden magic and failing...or succeeding.
• Prickly/Easily provoked professors assigning tedious punishment
• School punishments for misbehavior (curfew, fighting, magic use rules)
• Misbehaving professors taking advantage of students sexually or for their underhanded schemes -- even worse if the professor is your Head of House.
• Rival houses -- working against other house's reputation, sometimes with very dirty tricks.
• Other secret enemies or hidden infiltrators in the school, House Guardian creatures.
