What's next?
four weeks
Steam rose from the hot water in the bathroom sink. Using a mild soapy lather, I meticulously washed down the twenty-centimeter silicone probe, rinsing away the traces of lubricant and Emma’s moisture before drying the dense material with a fresh towel. Every movement was mechanical, yet my mind was reeling. Afterwards, I wiped down the living room dining table with disinfectant, buffed the dark grain of the wood, and nested the sanitized prosthetic back into its form-fitting compartment in the aluminum case.
Between my thighs, the matte surgical steel throbbed. The thirty-five millimeters sat with relentless rigidity. There was no play, no shifting. My own flesh felt numbed, crushed beneath the flat cap and its M10 thread.
As I snapped the case latches shut, Loona stepped out of the kitchen. She wore a dark green silk robe, her black hair draped loosely over one shoulder, carrying a steaming mug of chamomile tea. Leaning against the doorframe, she appraised the spotless table before letting her gaze drift slowly down my naked body.
"Very tidy, John," she remarked calmly.
I stood upright, hands clasped behind my back. Yet one tormenting question had been burning in my mind since that morning. Swallowing dryly, I looked directly at her, taking advantage of the quiet room.
"Loona…?"
Her brow arched slightly. "Yes?"
"At the workshop… earlier with Carola," I began, straining to lend my voice a steady note so as not to sound like a broken wreck. "You told her I would never lay eyes on the keys again. What… what does that mean? Is this thing meant to stay locked forever? With no end at all?"
A subtle, amused smile touched her lips. Pushing off the doorframe, she approached at an unhurried pace, setting her mug on the edge of the table. Her cool hand came up to rest gently against my cheek. Her thumb traced over my lips—a calming, almost tender gesture that blunted the terror of the morning in an instant.
"Catch your breath, John," she whispered softly, meeting my gaze. "Do you truly believe I'd leave you entirely without hope? I wanted to see Carola's face—and yours. You turned chalk-white on that platform. Of course it was a little barb for the moment."
A wave of relief washed over me, but I didn't back down. If I stayed silent now, she would dictate terms at her whim. I had to know where I stood.
"How long, then?" I pressed, holding her emerald-green eyes without looking away. "Two weeks? A month? What's the plan, Loona? You can't simply keep me locked away for months while I scrub the flat, study for the Charité, and follow your every order. My body needs an outlet eventually. You know that yourself; you aren't some senseless sadist."
Loona tilted her head. An appreciative, almost proud gleam flared in her gaze. She appreciated it when I didn't instantly crumble into dust, when a spark of resistance flared up for her to channel deliberately.
"Bargaining with me, are we?" she observed in a velvety cadence, trailing her fingertips along my jawline. "Good. You aren't a mindless slab of meat. Let's speak plainly: I was actually considering at least six to eight weeks of strict chastity to start."
"Eight weeks?" broke from my lips, my voice growing raw. "That's absurd. In the old basket, two weeks pushed me to the edge of sanity. After eight weeks in thirty-five millimeters of surgical steel, I won't be able to focus on a single exam at university. Three weeks. If I follow every single one of your instructions flawlessly for three weeks, keep the flat pristine, and remain at your beck and call, I want a real release. By your own hands."
Loona laughed softly, stepping half a pace closer until her warm scent of jasmine and silk enveloped me completely. Her hand glided down from my cheek, brushed across my chest, and rested flat against the cool metal over my pubic bone. Her fingers mapped the laser engraving.
"Three weeks is a joke for proper discipline, my dear John," she countered dryly, though her tone was negotiable rather than dismissive. "Let's do this instead: four weeks. One full month starting today."
"Four weeks…," I muttered through gritted teeth. "Only under conditions. No ruining it. No pulling away right at the edge like Sunday. If I endure four weeks, you unlock the sleeve. I want my flesh to breathe freely, and I want a full, real climax. No games."
Loona pressed her fingertips lightly against the surgical steel ring, driving the edge firmly against my pubic bone—a silent reminder of who held the leverage.
"You demand quite a lot for someone whose name is laser-etched onto this housing as my property," she whispered with dangerous softness. Then, she smiled. "But I am fair. Agreed: four weeks. Provided you don't make a single misstep this month, your grades at the Charité stay sharp, and you obey everything I, Vanessa, or Nadja require of you. Absolutely everything. Whether Vanessa calls for you in Schöneberg or Nadja decides to indulge a whim. You fall in line for each of the three of us."
She leaned in closer, her gaze sharpening to a razor's edge:
"Make no mistake, though, John: even if the two of them are permitted to give you orders, at the end of the day, *I* am the only one in charge here. I hold the keys. I set the rules. And I alone decide whether you earn your reward after these four weeks. Internalize that, and I will take the radial key in hand. I will unlock you, personally massage your flesh back to life, and let you detonate completely and without restraint under my hands. A real, magnificent climax. As a reward for a perfect instrument."
I swallowed hard. Four weeks was an eternity inside this rigid shell, but the promise of her hands, of absolute, tender release on the other side, burned into my mind like a brand.
"Deal," I breathed.
"Very good boy," she said, drawing her hand back and giving my cheek a gentle pat. "Speaking of your obligations: your father called earlier. Richard is absolutely thrilled with your latest academic assessments and your newfound composure. He transferred a generous merit bonus into your account."
I looked at her in surprise. "Richard sent money?"
"Indeed," Loona purred, her emerald-green eyes glittering with anticipation. "A handsome four-figure sum. And don't flatter yourself into thinking you'll spend a single cent of it on textbooks or nights out with Timo. I had a lengthy talk with Vanessa earlier. We have very specific, concrete plans for those funds. Every euro goes straight into refining you. We've already booked the appointments: permanent laser hair removal, from your thighs to your chest, along with a manicure and a completely overhauled wardrobe. You will be immaculate by the time Vanessa and I are finished with you. Now: off to bed. Get some sleep."
Her words landed like a blunt blow. My rational mind pushed back instantly.
"Wait… what?" I blurted out, my hands balling into fists at my sides. "Laser hair removal? Permanent removal on my chest, my legs… everywhere? Loona, you can't do that. I'm a medical student, not some fashion model. I work alongside Mira in the practicals; we practice examinations on each other, we change in the locker rooms. If I show up completely bare, hairless, and with buffed nails, it will be blatantly obvious. I don't want this. This is my body, and Richard sent that money for my studies."
My protest echoed through the living room, yet even as the words left my lips, my body betrayed me. The thought of two women stripping down my physical form layer by layer, reshaping it, and banishing every coarse hair forever sent a scalding, illicit heat pulsing through my pelvis. It was a perverse indignity—yet the prospect of being reduced to their polished, silk-smooth showpiece stirred every nerve in me. Beneath the freezing cap, my flesh strained instinctively to swell, only for the thirty-five millimeters of surgical steel to choke the reaction off instantly with biting pressure.
Loona didn't raise her voice, nor did she wrench at my bindings in anger. Instead, she set her mug down with measured calm, closed the distance between us with fluid steps, and framed my face with both hands. Her palms were warm, her gaze remarkably gentle.
"Look at me, John," she whispered with a tender serenity that pulled the ground out from under my feet. Her thumbs smoothed softly across my lips. "Do you genuinely believe I want to harm you? Do you think Vanessa and I are doing this to make a laughingstock of you?"
I swallowed with difficulty, powerless against the pull of her gaze. "It… it feels like it. Like you want to erase me completely."
"I am only erasing the coarse, unrefined parts of you, my dear," she whispered, letting one hand glide down my neck and over my chest, her fingertips grazing the light dusting of hair. "Look at yourself. Once this rough, neglected growth is gone, once your skin is silky, soft, and pure, think of how much better every touch will feel. You took Emma earlier—and you were sweating, tense, nearly crushed by your own bulk. Do you realize how much more elegant, how much more exquisite this frame will be when it lies smooth and seamless beneath my hand?"
She tilted her head, her breath warm against my ear.
"The surgical steel is calibrated to the millimeter now. It doesn't chafe, but it demands hygiene, care, absolute cleanliness. No ingrown hairs around the ring, no irritation along the perineum. We are looking after you, John. We are ensuring your entire frame matches the craftsmanship at your pelvis. And at university? At most, Mira will assume you've taken up sports or started looking after yourself. People only see what they want to see."
She felt my heart fluttering, felt my resistance waver under the spell of her proximity and her maternal, firm tenderness. Yet then, the tone of her voice shifted slightly—faint, barely perceptible, but carrying unmistakable edge:
"Above all, John… remember our agreement from a moment ago. Four weeks. You wanted my reward. You wanted to feel my hands, a true, deep release that strips all the pressure away from you. Do you think I'm going to settle for a rough, scratchy body when I unlock this cage? I want to touch velvet skin. I want to offer you the best."
Her hand slid to my hip, a single fingernail lightly scraping the rim of the cylinder.
"If you want to dig your heels in and sulk because you're clinging to old habits… well, I won't force you. But then the four weeks are off the table. I'll simply have to conclude that you aren't ready to trust me completely. And then the key stays in my bag. Until you come to realize on your own what is best for you."
A cold shudder ran through my limbs. The mere thought of forfeiting the promised release—the very thing every fiber of my tormented body hungered for—shattered my remaining defenses. Worse still, she already had me right where she wanted me. Her gentle words had planted the seed. Deep within, a fatal, intoxicating desire began to sprout: to be smooth, pristine, and entirely subject to her will. I wanted her hands to trace soft, clean skin. I wanted to hear her praise once the transformation was complete.
Exhaling unsteadily, I closed my eyes for a heartbeat and lowered my head.
"You're… you're right, Loona," I whispered in a strained, compliant voice. "It's… better this way. For hygiene… and for you. I want… to please you."
A radiant, almost affectionate smile spread across her features. Drawing my face in gently, she pressed a soft kiss to my forehead—a gesture so comforting it made me forget the cage between my legs for a fleeting moment.
"I knew you were sensible, sweetheart," she whispered tenderly, brushing the hair from my brow. "You'll see how wonderful it feels once everything is finished. Now off to bed. Rest up; your new path begins tomorrow."
