What's next?
the temporary solution is history
The rain over Neukölln had cleared, but a stubborn grey haze clung to the brick tenements as Loona steered the car into the commercial courtyard at a quarter to nine.
"We're fifteen minutes early," I noted in a thick voice, my eyes fixed on the small metal plaque of the workshop. A dull ache throbbed across my pubic bone; the cheap cylinder dug into my tender thighs at the slightest shift.
"Doesn't matter," Loona replied with easy calm, cutting the ignition and reaching for the purse that held the remaining bills from Richard’s envelope. "She'll be there. And you don't get an extra minute of leeway. Out."
The heavy steel door was unlatched this time. As we stepped into the antechamber, low voices filtered through the wooden partition of the fitting room. We stopped before the raw concrete counter. Loona leaned against the cool surface with folded arms, while I stood frozen two paces behind her.
"…the cervical load on the vertebrae is negligible with this locking mechanism, Frau Weber," Carola’s deep, matter-of-fact voice carried through, slightly muffled. "As long as you keep the angle of traction below forty-five degrees, the integrated ring cleanly buffers the body weight."
"Very good. I'll take the blackened finish with the retaining pin, then," a polished, resonant woman’s voice answered. "He tends to sag forward during longer sessions. This will correct his posture."
A brief metallic snap sounded, followed by a stifled, ragged gasp—not a shout, but the choked sound of a man abruptly starved of air.
"Perfect. As you see: zero clearance at the throat," Carola observed evenly, as though detailing a workpiece on an engine lathe. "Wear time should not exceed four hours daily to begin with."
My heart battered against my ribs. Images flared behind my eyes: another man, likely a respectable professional or academic, standing in there with his neck forced into a freezing collar while two women brokered his physical management with pure business detachment. The sterile, unhurried professionalism of this place tightened around my windpipe. There was no theatrical performance here, no posturing for onlookers; it was the raw, mechanical matter-of-factness with which bodies were assigned and controlled. And I was standing outside, feeling the heavy padlock sway against my shaft, knowing with scorching shame that my standing occupied the exact same tier—someone whose physical boundaries and choices had been surrendered entirely into another's hands.
Loona tilted her head slightly toward me, her emerald-green eyes glinting with amusement.
"Hear that, John?" she breathed with velvety malice. "Some need to be broken at the throat. Lucky for you, a little lock at the pubic bone is all it takes to keep you compliant."
The partition door slid open. An elegant woman in a beige trench coat stepped out, offered Carola a distant nod, and walked past us without sparing us a glance. A pace behind her followed a slender man in a dark tailored suit—his shirt collar visibly rigid and snug, his gaze locked onto her heels, hands disciplined behind his back. They cleared the building, and the heavy exterior door latched shut.
Carola stepped up to the counter. She wore the same grey workshop apron, her ash-blonde hair tied back tightly, appraising us through her spectacles.
"Good morning. You are on time," she said dryly. "The workpiece and the modular kit are ready. Come through."
Inside the white-tiled fitting room, a slim black leather case lay open on the stainless-steel table, alongside a heavy case of black aluminum with high-density foam inserts.
Resting inside the leather case was the new cage.
It looked entirely different from the crude temporary piece. Forged from heavy, satin-matte surgical steel, seamless, without a single visible weld. The sleeve was startlingly compact—precisely thirty-five millimeters long, tapering flat toward the front. Milled dead-center into the solid dome was the M10 fine thread, cleanly chamfered and mirror-bright. Right along the upper bar, laser-etched into the matte alloy with razor-sharp precision, ran the flowing script: *Loona’s Property*.
Carola pulled on a pair of black nitrile gloves. "Trousers and undergarments off, please. Up onto the pedestal."
I complied in a daze. Untying the drawstring, I stepped out of the heavy fabric and stood naked before the wide mirror.
Loona stepped up immediately. With a swift twist of her wrist, she unlocked the old brass padlock. The pin slid out; she stripped the rattling steel tube and damp straps away, dropping them into the scrap bin beneath the table with a sharp clatter.
"Decommissioned," she noted coolly.
My shrunken flesh was laid bare in the bright room. After weeks in the cage, it offered a miserable sight: pale, hypersensitive, ringed with deep red pressure marks at the root, drawn in on itself into a tiny remnant by unrelenting compression. Carola approached, picking up a small bottle of medical silicone gel and coating her gloved fingers.
"We fit the asymmetrical base ring first," Carola explained in a clinical cadence, not looking at my face.
Reaching down without hesitation, she lifted the scrotum and guided the solid, cold ring behind the testicles. The contour was unforgiving: the anatomical curvature along the lower edge sat flush against the perineal seam, while the upper arch bore down firmly onto my pubic bone. Zero play, zero shift.
Then she took the miniature micro-sleeve. Applying a dab of gel to my hypersensitive glans, she slipped the cylinder over the head. The sensation was crushing: the matte steel was so short that my flaccid tissue had to be pressed into the sleeve with firm, steady persistence until the glans rested flush against the reinforced front cap.
"Inhale," Carola directed.
She slotted the hardened alignment pins of the sleeve cleanly into the recesses of the base ring. The bottom of the housing bore no external padlock; in its place sat a tiny, flush-mounted cylinder pin. Carola lifted a flat, notched radial-profile key from the case and slid it into the delicate keyway beneath.
"The retention operates via an internal rotating bolt with four tumbler pins," Carola explained objectively, addressing Loona exclusively as she engaged the key. "It locks automatically under axial compression. To unlock, insert this specialized key, apply light inward pressure against the spring load, and rotate exactly ninety degrees clockwise. The bolt retracts the two retaining pins, and the sleeve slides forward off the base. Without the key, the assembly cannot be opened non-destructively."
Backing the key out, she withdrew it and pressed both segments firmly together with her thumbs.
A solid, dry *click*.
The cylinder locked flush. The housing now formed a single, seamless shell of chilled surgical steel. No eyelets, no shackle, no leverage points—only a smooth, unyielding casing locking my flesh under unrelenting tension. Whenever I attempted to flex the muscle, the glans jammed instantly against the cold metal of the dome, sending a sharp strain through the spermatic cords.
"Flawless fit," Carola judged neutrally. "No pinching of the folds, zero clearance. Now for the interface."
Turning the large aluminum case on the table toward herself, she popped the latches. Set into custom cutouts of black rigid foam were four distinct phallic attachments cast from medical-grade platinum silicone, graduated by density and scale: ranging from a slender sixteen-centimeter piece to a massive, heavily veined specimen nearing twenty-five centimeters with a pronounced head. Projecting from the base of each piece was an identical, precision-milled M10 stainless-steel threaded stud.
Carola selected the mid-tier model—twenty centimeters of dense, flesh-toned silicone, exceptionally thick and solid.
Stepping before me, she aligned the stud with the centered tapping in the front plate and began to thread it in. The threads engaged soundlessly. With each rotation, the artificial erection drew closer to my frame until the broad silicone base locked flush and immovable against the micro-sleeve.
The view in the full-length mirror tightened the breath in my throat. My own anatomy, withered from weeks of confinement, had retreated into a stunted remnant, suffocating unseen within thirty-five millimeters of cold steel. And anchored directly ahead of it stood a foreign, massive silicone weapon—twice the length and three times the girth of anything my body had ever produced. My own anatomy had been completely obscured, supplanted by a rigid, dominating fixture.
"Test the anchor, Frau Loona," Carola invited.
Loona stepped up to the pedestal. A smile of intoxicating coldness touched her features. Her emerald-green eyes brightened as she studied the grotesque contrast in the glass.
"Look at yourself, John," she whispered with velvety derision. "Your body has never had this much to offer. You're finally useful."
Taking the silicone shaft in both hands, she gave it a sharp, testing wrench—hauling it upward, driving it to the flank, ramming it straight back with force.
Every impact transferred through the heavy threads directly into the surgical-steel base ring. The edges pressed with brutal rigidity into my perineum and pubic bone; the retention pins pulled hard against the scrotal tissue. A strangled sound caught in my throat, my toes curling against the timber of the platform. Yet the assembly did not yield a fraction of a millimeter. The connection sat rock-solid.
"Splendid," Loona remarked with satisfaction, tracing her manicured nails over the laser engraving *Loona’s Property* across the upper sleeve.
With a few smooth turns, she unthreaded the silicone shaft and laid it back into its fitted recess in the case. Carola snapped the case latches shut and peeled off her gloves.
Picking up the black leather case holding the two identical specialized keys against velvet, she closed it and placed it on the concrete counter before Loona.
"The complete modular assembly, including the four probes, the M10 fine thread, and the two coded factory keys leaves an outstanding balance of fourteen hundred euros," Carola stated plainly. Addressing Loona directly, sliding the case across the wood with her fingertips, she looked past me entirely. To her, I was not the patron, merely the subject being managed—someone whose consent was neither solicited nor required. "These keys are issued strictly in duplicate. Replacements can only be ordered upon presenting the enclosed code card. The authority to open rests entirely with you. Keep the duplicate in a secure location."
Loona offered an amused smile. "No need to worry. He will never lay eyes on either of them."
Reaching into her purse, she drew out Richard’s white envelope and counted fourteen crisp one-hundred-euro notes onto the concrete counter without hesitation. To her, it was Richard’s capital, dedicated to the absolute perfection of her instrument. Carola verified the bills with practiced fingers, secured the register, and handed over the receipt.
"Thank you for the commission, Frau Loona," Carola said with professional courtesy. She cast a brief, detached glance toward the platform: "You may get dressed."
I stood on the pedestal, my face burning with shame. Throughout the entire transaction, I had not been granted a single word. No one had inquired if the pressure was bearable, or whether I agreed to the branding. My function had been reduced entirely to holding still and absorbing the decisions Loona had decreed over my skin.
Loona claimed the small leather case, slipping the keys deep into her coat pocket, before lifting the heavy aluminum case.
Stepping down from the pedestal on trembling knees, I pulled my trousers up. The difference from the crude temporary piece was arresting: no clattering, no padlock, no slack. The micro-cage flattened the tissue so close against my pelvis that my groin appeared completely level beneath the cloth. Yet with every stride, the icy density of the surgical steel served as an unceasing reminder that autonomy was gone for good.
Reaching the car, Loona placed the case of attachments onto the rear seat and pulled the door shut. Sliding behind the wheel, she turned to face me, taking in my pale features with absolute gratification.
"The temporary rig is history, John," she whispered with velvety hardness. "Now, we head home."
