Intrusive thoughts
Sandra walks home from the clinic with the small paper bag clutched tight in one hand.
Inside is a one-month pack of birth control pills, a patient information leaflet, and a polite reminder card for the follow-up. The doctor had been efficient and non-judgmental. Sandra had smiled, nodded, and said all the right responsible things. Now, alone on the quiet residential street, the mask is slipping.
She really doesn’t want to take them.
Her body is still thrumming from everything you did yesterday—rooftop, living room, alley. The memory of your cock pressing against her cervix, the heavy warmth of each load settling deep, the way her womb had felt so ready and open… it sits in her like a living thing. A low, constant ache. Every step makes her aware of how empty she is right now, and how badly she wants that emptiness filled again without anything standing in the way.
Intrusive thoughts start arriving one after another, sly and persuasive, like a little demon perched on her shoulder.
You could “forget” the first week and let him keep breeding you raw until it’s too late.
You could take them irregularly on purpose.
You could tell him you started, then never swallow a single one and just let nature decide.
You could wait until you’re already late and then act surprised…
Each idea makes her clench around nothing. Her free hand drifts down for a second, pressing against her lower belly through her clothes as if she can already imagine it rounding. The breeding kink she only discovered days ago has sunk its claws in deep. Being your personal baby factory doesn’t sound like a risk anymore. It sounds like the most natural thing in the world.
She stops at a corner, stares at the little bag, and actually considers turning around and throwing the whole pack in a bin.
Reason wins.
Barely.
By a single, fragile hair.
She forces herself to keep walking. Forces herself to remember the official story: friends with benefits. No messy consequences. No risk of losing you completely if feelings and a pregnancy get tangled together. The pills are the responsible choice. The safe choice. The choice that lets the two of you keep fucking like animals for the next two weeks without the terror of everything changing forever.
She tells herself she’ll start tonight.
…For now.
By the time she reaches her street her parents’ car is already gone. The house is empty. She texts you a single message:
Back. Parents left. Door’s unlocked.
Then she stands in the quiet entryway, still holding the unopened pack of pills, heart beating too fast, already soaked at the thought of you walking through the door.
