Some Dull Exposition

The virus had clearly affected Bill in ways that men throughout history would have killed for.

His refractory period shortened to just a few seconds.

He produced up to two full cups (16 fl oz) of cum.

Second Law: A slave must do what her master orders, unless doing so will violate the First Rule.

Third Rule: A slave must keep herself safe unless doing so breaks the First or Second Rule.

The very fact that Tina automatically knew these three rules was clear proof that the virus was artificial.

She knew that her entire existence now revolved around Bill, and this felt completely right and natural even though she logically knew it was not.

News outlets claimed that it looked like a claimed woman’s core personality stayed the same after bonding. If she had a crush on the man who claimed her, she would adore him, but if she hated him, she would find ways to circumvent the Three Rules. A woman could swear at her master, lie to him, and tell him what she really thought of him unless explicitly ordered otherwise.

Both Bill and Tina had read reports of women who fought daily against their bonding. Some of these reports indicated that the only way to free a woman from her master was if her master purposefully put her into physical danger, but she would then be forced to bond with another man. Some tricks could break a woman’s bond to her master, but they could easily cause her death or a mental breakdown that would make her violent to all men that she encountered.

Claimed women would get violently ill if not exposed to the cum of her bonded master at least once every four days. Most governments considered it inhumane for a master to willingly deprive his slave of his cum, so doing so was illegal in most places. Finally, most, but not all, claimed women were more comfortable in a variety of temperatures. Claimed women did not feel truly uncomfortable unless it was colder than around 10F (-12C), or warmer than 120F (48.89C). They also could not tan or sunburn.

What Bill and Tina would not learn for another few weeks was that SAV-2-S was killing off a large enough percentage of the remaining heterosexual, fertile male population that there would, eventually, only be around 417 million fertile males left. This meant that, barring accidents, murders, suicides, and other “unnatural” deaths, there were roughly ten women for every remaining heterosexual, fertile male on the planet.

They sat at her home computer to get her registered with the national Sex Slave Registry. They were both surprised to find out several things.

The first thing they found out was that Tina was now considered Bill’s property in the same manner as a pet. Everything that Tina owned now belonged to Bill because pets cannot own property. It was now perfectly legal for him to order her to be nude in public at all times. Many places require claimed women to be on leashes at all times, and the leash may be attached to her in any manner that does not cause her undue harm, so piercings are normal.

A man having sex with his slave in public is perfectly acceptable as long as it does not violate rules of public safety, hygiene, or noise ordinances. Since no one under the age of twenty has ever caught the sex slave variant, no one under the age of eighteen may legally have sex with a slave.

Men are just responsible for any laws that any of their slaves violated, as the slave herself. If a slave shoplifts, then her owner will receive the fine. If a slave murdered anyone, her master would be put on trial right alongside her. The reasoning was that such laws would strongly encourage men to keep her as under control as possible.

Like many other governments around the world, the US government would offer larger homes for harems at no charge, or it would help pay to expand existing homes.

Bill Meas, a man who had never thought about having a relationship with more than one woman at a time outside of some isolated fantasies when he was a teen, was probably going to have a harem of sex slaves.

He already thought that his life was about as interesting as it could get.
