"Go out," I responded.
"OK," Chris said, clapping his hands. "Now, how do we decide who goes out with who?"
"I've got an idea for that," Lauren said. She got to her feet and grabbed an empty beer bottle. "We play a little game of spin the bottle. Chels, you should do the first spin since this was your idea."
"This is all starting to sound suspiciously planned," Liam said, looking at Lauren. She just smiled and shrugged her shoulders.
Lauren handed the bottle to Chelsea. She laid the bottle down on its side, took a look around the table then set it spinning. Everyone watched, mesmerized as the glass container wobbled then slowed, the neck eventually pointing right at Chris.
Chris smiled at Chelsea who brushed the hair from her face. They both seemed pleased with their luck.
"OK, David. You're turn."
I grabbed the bottle, my hands shaking a bit as I wound it up then sent it spinning. It landed on Robert.
"Hell yea!" Robert shouted.
"I always knew fate would bring us together," I said with a smirk. "I guess, I'll spin again." I grabbed the bottle and spun again. Round and round it went, 360, 720, 1080 degrees, etc. I held my breath as it slowed then finally came to rest, pointing directly at...
