Night falls, emotions run high, and a new power is discovered

After the nomination ceremony, the house is on unsteady legs. Alina's blow-up has most houseguests walking on eggshells while trying to figure out where the truth lies. The houseguests break off into smaller conversations as the sun sets and the fiery blaze of the nomination ceremony settles into a simmer. After Daisy Mae returns from the Diary Room, she quickly rounds up you and Isabel and asks you both to follow her to the HOH bedroom. The three of you head upstairs and, as soon as the door closes behind you, Daisy Mae lets her brave face drop.

DAISY MAE - "I'm so mad right now!"

Daisy Mae flops face first onto the bed as she lets her bottled-up emotions out. You and Isabel do your best to offer support. You crawl in bed next to her, take off her cowboy hat and stroke her hair while Isabel places a hand on her shoulder. After Daisy Mae has a minute to process her anger, she comes down from it and talks to the two of you.

DAISY MAE - "Why did you tell Alina about the nomination? I thought that was our secret."
John - "I'm sorry. I didn't expect her to react like that."
DAISY MAE - "You'd better make it up to me."
ISABEL - "It's gonna be okay. We've got your back."
DAISY MAE - "I'm gonna be honest with y'all. I didn't know what I wanted to happen this week, but now I want her gone."

The three of you continue to talk and discuss plans. Daisy Mae tells you and Isabel she doesn't want the Veto to get used and for Alina to be voted out. You both agree to help her in the moment, but you sense some hesitation from Isabel.

ISABEL (Diary Room) - "Daisy Mae is saying that she wants Alina out of the house this week. I get where she's coming from, but we had a plan to backdoor Julian and I'm worried that Daisy Mae is letting her personal feelings get in the way of what's best for the group. I'm not going to push back right now, but once we see who wins the Veto, we're going to have to talk this out more."

While this is happening, Ethan finds Raquel alone in the storage room and decides to make his move.

ETHAN - "Hey, Raquel!"
RAQUEL - "Hi, Ethan. Do you need something?"
ETHAN - "Oh, no. Well, yes actually. Um...heh heh. Doyouwannagoonadatewithme?"
RAQUEL - "What did you say?"
ETHAN - "Do you want to go on a date with me? It's okay if not, but I really like you and you're the most beautiful girl I've ever seen and it would be an honor and-"
RAQUEL - "Ethan?"
ETHAN - "Sorry, am I talking too much?"
RAQUEL - "I appreciate the flattery, but I am not a girl. I am a woman, and I expect to be treated as such. Do you understand?"
ETHAN - "Yes, ma'am."
RAQUEL - "So what did you have in mind for this date? Dinner? Drinks?"
ETHAN - "I, um...hadn't gotten that far yet."
RAQUEL - "Well, it's not like we have many options to pick from while we're stuck in this house. How does dinner sound?"
ETHAN - "Wait, are you saying yes?"
RAQUEL - "Sure. It could be fun. Just so long as it's not frozen pizza."
ETHAN - "For sure! Thanks, Raquel!"

Ethan excitedly starts to leave the room before Raquel calls him back in.

RAQUEL - "Ethan? You forgot to tell me when."
ETHAN - "Oh, right! Sorry. Uh, Sunday?"
RAQUEL - "Sunday it is."
ETHAN - "Cool! See you then!"

Ethan practically runs out of the room at this point, leaving Raquel alone. She looks into the camera and whispers "He's a good kid". This is cut short by a muffled "Woohoo!" from outside the room, causing Raquel to break into a silent laugh.

As the house starts to settle into slumber, Roxy gets called into the Diary Room by the producers. When she goes inside, she finds a sealed envelope waiting for her on the chair.

ROXY - "What is this?"

She grabs the envelope, sits on the chair, and opens it to read what's inside.

ROXY - "Roxy, congratulations on winning this week's Gladiator Gauntlet. As your prize, you were given safety for the week and a Slop Pass. What you and the other houseguests were not told is that this Slop Pass comes with a special power.”

Roxy's jaw drops and her eyes go wide as she realizes what this means. She pauses for a moment to recover from the shock before continuing to read.

ROXY – “Right now, with the Slop Pass in your possession, you are immune from eating slop for the next five weeks. However, at any one of the next five Veto meetings, you can choose to turn in your Slop Pass in exchange for the Silver Power of Veto. With the Silver Power of Veto, you can remove one nominee from the block, forcing the Head of Household to immediately name a replacement. The Silver Veto is less powerful than the Golden Veto, so it cannot be used to protect yourself, only another houseguest. If you choose to exchange your Slop Pass for the Silver Power of Veto, the Slop Pass will immediately expire and you will automatically become a Have-Not the next week you are eligible, slop included. Will you hold onto comfort or exchange it for power? The choice is yours.”

Roxy finishes reading the envelope, then takes a moment to process everything.

ROXY - "This is fantastic, but I need to be careful with how I use this information. I'm going to keep this to myself for now, but if my allies are on the block and this can help them, I'll absolutely make that sacrifice."

You're settling in for the night and showering in Daisy Mae's HOH bathroom when she comes in wearing a bathrobe. She walks up to the shower door and you turn the water off so the two of you can talk candidly.

John - "How are you feeling?"
DAISY MAE - "I don't know. I'm still mad at you a little."
John - "Anything I can do to make it better?"
DAISY MAE - "I have a couple ideas."

As she says this, Daisy Mae joins you in the shower, shuts the door behind you both, then removes her robe and hangs it over the side, leaving her voluptuous body exposed for you.

DAISY MAE - "Make me feel like a princess."

You need no further invitation. You take her in your arms and kiss her with all the passion you can muster. Your hands explore her body as you work to overwhelm her senses with your touch. You don't know how much time passes before she pushes you away, but the flush in her cheeks and the beam in her smile tell you everything you need to know.

DAISY MAE - "Okay, that was amazing, but before we get carried away, we should get cleaned up."

You turn the water back on and you spend time washing up together, playing with each other and getting familiar with this new level of your relationship. Once you're both clean, you dry off and pull on your boxers as she dons her robe. You step out of the shower, turn off the lights and crawl under the covers of the bed together. She shifts to lay her head on your chest and you lay your arm around her, pulling her close as sleep overtakes you both.
