Go down and help

“If you don’t leave immediately, I’ll call security.”

“You don’t want to do that. You want to really enjoy yourself.”

“Oy,” you shout down. You have to do something. You have to distract them.

They look up, and their smirks grow wider.

“You stay up there with the fat girl. We’ll show you how real men treat women as good as this. You’ll enjoy watching.”

That’s it. You can’t let this stand. “Get security,” you tell Krystal, and head for the stairs. That way’s the entrance to the court. Your heart is hammering. There’s no way you can stand against these men. But you can’t let them say such things to your friends. What are you going to do when you get down there? No idea. You just have to defend your friends.

When you burst through the court entrance the scene has changed. Blair has one of the men in a headlock. The top of his head is nestled against the underside of her tits, so not completely uncomfortable, but his face is red and she’s pressing him down with her knee in his back. The one who had spoken is in a worse state. He’s lying on the floor, curled up in the foetal position, hands clutching his groin, whimpering. Layla is turning her gaze from him to the final man, who’s already stepping back with his hands raised. You can see he’s considering fleeing but you’re blocking his exit.

By the time security turns up, the one in Blair’s grip is lying on the floor barely conscious. She only lets go once security is there. The women’s description of what happened is done against the backdrop of the man gasping his way back to a semblance of normalcy.

“Is this man with them?” the security guard asks once the questioning is over, pointing to you.

“No, no, he’s with us,” Anissa, Spencer and Blair quickly tell him.

“I was up in the gallery watching. I came down to help them.” Not that the women needed any help.

The security guard looks sceptical but accepts the women’s testimony. By now more management and security has turned up. There’s a whole kerfuffle.
