A roller coaster ride takes her shoes

Carolyn was excited to ride the new Superman ride at the theme park with her friend Sarah. The two girls sat in the front row, and held their arms up as the ride lifted up and carried them up the first ascent.

It was then that Carolyn's wardrobe issues began. Her feet were dangling, as were everyone's since this was an inverted roller coaster. She had slip-ons over those feet, but then they slipped-off and fell to the ground, into the restricted areas of the park only for employees. Great! Now she had to ask for them back at the end of the ride. Almost reflexively, she wiggled her toes as the ride approached the first drop.

Her first instinct was to tell her friend about what had happened, but she figured that she would say something stupid like "cLaSSiC CarOlYn," as though she were some freak who just left her clothes lying around in public.

Other than that mishap, the ride was pretty fun. It went around a few times before it stopped at the station and it was time to get off.
