What's next?
Learning about your new life as D.J. (NWO/QoS Harem route)
Over the next few days, among the tests and the needles and X-Rays, you were certain that there was something very odd about your new life.
Namely, things were as fucked up as you believed.
Jordan and the doctors had been actively visiting you since you awoke, telling you that, to the rest of the world, you were now Darrel Crews, age 20, and Steven Meadows had been declared deceased. In fact, for the past three weeks while you were in the hospital, both you and Pam had been declared dead and your bodies cremated ,ashes turned over to family relatives. Jordan, as your only living relative, had been named the executor of the estate and she had taken care of disposing of the property per the terms of the will, serendipity being that you had drafted it up just at the start of the year. Who knew you'd take it for a spin so soon?
After getting the legalese rundown, Jordan sat next to your bed and waited until the doctors had gone out of the room before she looked at you. "How much do you know about D.J.?"
You shrugged. "I know he's an only child and his mother, Shawna, is a single mother. Not much else, though."
She nodded. "She's 35, meaning she had DJ when she was 14, dropped out of high school to work immediately and got her G.E.D. Makes a decent wage working at the Target downtown but they are scrapping by." Jordan loved her job at the County welfare office and she had put it to good use, apparently, these last few weeks while you were recovering. "D.J. is her only family, parents died when she was 13, no relatives worth speaking of. Really, she and D.J. are the only family each other has."
As Jordan opened the file and slid her picture in front of you...

...you noticed the definite family resemblance between her and the face that now you saw in the mirror. "Does she know?" you whispered, turning to look at your sister's face.
Jordan shook her head and slipped the photo back in the folder. "Nope, and the doctors want to keep it that way. Technically, you're 20 now so you're an adult. She knows you were in an accident earlier, the other driver had run a red light, and you were in a coma. They are using that as a cover in case you take some time to 'remember' things."
You nodded and looked back at her. "Where's Pam?" When your sister suddenly trailed off, you looked at her again. "Jo? Where's Pam?"
"Pam's been released about a week ago, her donor body was in more of a stable condition and she woke. She's been visiting you every day, though." She pulled out another photo and handed it to you.

"She';s 19 years old, her name is Katherine McMasters, attends City College and get this, she and D.J. are childhood friends and have been dating for several years now." She smiled at you. "Pam's always been a sweetheart but her new body and everything...it's very cute."

The Ultimate Transplant
Someone you know is given a new body & life
PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others).
