Lianne, a Young College Professor

Professor Lianne Brown was preparing herself for her next class, which was due to begin in less than ten minutes.

She had been teaching at the college for a couple of years now and felt things were going fine. Lianne knew she wasn't quite excelling in her role yet, but she was doing well enough for now and, still at a young age, realised she had plenty of time to develop and start to stand out in her profession.

"Wait outside please. Class doesn't begin until 9 am"

She spoke without looking up from the papers she was marking. The professor had almost developed a sixth sense now for when a student had entered the room ahead of time. It was good that they were keen, but she would feel awkward just sitting at the front preparing herself while they sat and watched.

"I thought it would be easier for us to talk before your class" a sickly sweet voice chirped.

Lianne raised her head and saw a blonde woman in a fairy costume smiling at her.

"Who are you?" the teacher asked in confusion.

"My name is Priscilla Appleblossom, and I'm your very own Fairy Godmother!"

"Very funny. But can you please leave? I'm trying to prepare for a class here"

"I will leave soon enough, but I am actually here to help you with your class by granting one of your wishes. You made it five years ago, almost to the day"

"What? Back then I was just starting out and working in an elementary school"

"Eh, teaching is teaching" Priscilla shrugged "I'm sure it will still be beneficial. Anyway, at the time you made your wish, you were finding your students quite difficult to keep in line"

"That's because my 'students' were small children. Even the youngest in my classes now are eighteen. Also, I was new to my role then and still learning the ropes. I don't have any issues at all with student behaviour now"

"Nonetheless, you made the following wish which I am going to grant" Priscilla paused briefly for dramatic effect "I wish I taught in a way that kept the boys in my class highly motivated and fully attentive, and that the girls just did as they were told without arguing"

"Okay, that's totally not relevant now" Lianne sighed, but Priscilla waved her wand to make it so regardless.

"Right, are you done?" Professor Brown asked impatiently, not really believing she was watching anything more than a joke she didn't quite get.

"For now, but I'm sure I'll be back before too long to make more of your dreams come true. And I'll always be watching over you!"

Once Priscilla had disappeared herself into a ball of glitter, Lianne paused and blinked. She wasn't quite sure how the alleged fairy had pulled that stunt off, but she didn't have time to think about it for too long as her students started filing into the room.

"Okay class..." once everyone was seated, Lianne stood up and walked in front of her desk. She was about to launch into her prepared lesson plan, but suddenly found herself deviating wildly from it without understanding why "Can I have a female volunteer to help me with this lesson"

The only hand that went up came from Jenny, though she looked a little uncertain as to why a gender had been specified for this request.

Jenny was Lianne's star student and always volunteered for everything. She could also be a real pain in the ass, the type who was constantly asking for extra credit and questioning everything Lianne did, as if she could run the class better herself. Nonetheless, she was perfect for what the professor suddenly and unexpectedly had in mind for this lesson.

"Okay Jenny, come and stand in front of the class please"

Jenny rose obligingly from her chair and came over to stand next to her teacher.

"Okay, now I'm going to test how well you all understood the text I asked you to read over the weekend with a quiz" she began, noting that her class did not look very enthused by this prospect "And, in order to keep you motivated, for every question you get right, Jenny will remove an item of clothing. That's okay with you, right, Jenny?"

"Certainly Professor Brown, if it's helpful for you"

The male members of the class were now looking at each other in delighted astonishment. The females in the room did not react much to the surprise announcement, since they didn't see any reason to question Lianne's professional judgement. There were already some hands raised.

"What, so she is actually going to get naked?" a male student asked excitedly.

"Only if you all get enough questions right. Jenny isn't going to strip for incorrect answers, are you?"

"Certainly not, Professor" the girl in question smiled a little smugly.

"What about once she's naked?" someone else asked "What does she do then if we keep getting the answers right?"

"Let's cross that bridge when and if we come to it, shall we?" Lianne rolled her eyes "But I'm sure we can find some other things she can do to reward you. Perhaps you would be up for requests, Jenny?"

"Yes, if you would like" the star student nodded "Though I doubt they will even get that far. It's usually me who answers everything"

"Okay, that sounds like a challenge to you all" Lianne continued, certain she had everyone's full attention now "So if there are no more questions, perhaps we can begin?"
