The Universe* Remote:

So your adventure begins with you about to find this all powerful strange universal remote that’s so universal that it has power of the universe itself, somehow fall into your hands for you to discover it’s potential with you and maybe it’s origins relating to your branching universe path.

Upon inspecting the remote screen, the Initial functions seem to relates to various common fetishes over the female kind, from breast and ass expansion, pregnancy and birth, monster girl transformations and stranger ones like unbirth, futanari and even stranger, Hypnosis and TG turning male to females. Apparently it could also handle basic world editing tasks, like teleport, storing or manifesting physical things, edit/stop time, and similar things. How you would go about using these functions will be up to you and your horniness!
