You channel divine energy directly from the Lady of the Mist, Leira, turning that energy into a shadow cloak, and you turn invisible, and reappear just as your dagger, charged with divine energy, sneaks from behind him, slices completely through Klarg's cervical vertebrae.

His head falls and rolls on the ground before the body collapses. You quickly run over to Klarg's body and find the keys to the cell.
