“So, what was that idea you had yesterday?”
You and Meg sit at a table outside a coffee shop overlooking Pynchplum Lake, drinking lattes and watching joggers in tight lycra pants run through the park. It’s still early morning. Meg, wearing Kitty’s favourite comfy band T-shirt, which she decided to borrow, takes a bite of her pancakes and says “I’ll take you through it after breakfast. Do you think it’s okay if I skip class today?”
“Sure, if you want to. I’ll just sort all your grades out with magic.”
“But what about my intellectual development?”
“I’ll sort that out with magic as well.”
