Watching it happen is quite the spectacle. One after another a member of staff would walk out of the building carrying an outfit and place it delicately into one of the three carriages parked in front of the dorms. Ana would occasionally make an appearance but from the moment your woke up and been hurried into the bath by White she hadn't a moment to spend with you. When she showed up an outfit or gift she was give would either appear or disappear. Such short notice for this sort of trip seemed to be causing an awful lot of attention, undoubtedly a part of Aurora intention to keep Ana away from the Dwarven ambassador.

A crowd had developed to watch this. You got the impression what was happening wasn't that note worthy if not for Ana herself. Several of the noble near you commented oh how few carriages there were for this. When the gossip that it was only for a week spread for some reason known only to them they wondered if Ana would even have enough clothes. As the second carriage's door closed on enough clothing to outfit a small army you reckoned with the fact you must look permanently under-dressed to these women ... Wait was that why Ana hadn't picked as wide a wardrobe for you as was apparently expected?

Edin showed up a little after that. You hadn't noticed any clothes for him being pack and he was carrying a suitcase that in fairness was almost larger than his slight build allowed to carry. "Hey Edin." You said putting an arm around his shoulder and giving him a kiss on the cheek. He blushed but leaned his cheek upwards for another peck.

"Hey Christopher." He said when the kisses had been appropriately dispensed. "Think you'll survive a week without me?"

"I was about to ask the same thing." You laughed together, you hadn't spent as much time together this week as usually, well you hadn't spent as long together socially, you'd spent plenty of time with his butt and mouth. "So why is Princess Ana taking you with her?" Your question was mindful of the others around you who upon seeing two boys kissing were paying, slightly hopeful of more, attention.

"She always takes me when she leaves the capital." He answered with a shrug.

"Does it always entail, this much?" You asked pointing at the third carriage as its door are shut on all the gifts being brought for the trip. At least you assumed they were gift and not Ana planning on furnishing every house they stayed in on the trip, though thinking about it...

"She's packing light." He answered. "Usually needs two for her clothes." His smirk made you kiss his forehead affectionately.

As you did you felt a presence. Blue was approaching, her eyes look on Edin. "Your suitcase." She said when she neared taking it from Edin and letting her hand linger on his. When she took it she gave you a look that seemed to say 'I get him now', the victorious tint to her aura spurred you to mention something to Edin.

"Hey while you're gone." You formed the words in your head, "You remember how you said you were fine with me being with others."

He rolled his eyes. "Yes. Why?" He was giving you a suspicious look.

"Just, it goes both ways. If you every find someone, I want you to be happy." You lowered your hand and squeezed his butt getting an eep in response. "With whoever you want to be happy with."

He gave you a pout about the butt grab, starting something you didn't have time to finish. "I'd be happy staying with you." He whispered pressing his side against you.

You raised your hand to pat his hair. "I'm just saying. If I can be happy with others, you can be as well." When you finished you pushed him lightly towards the carriages, ostensibly anyway, in reality you'd pushed him towards Blue. It was only after that you considered how you didn't find it weird to be literally pushing into someone else's arms, even if he was never going to full leave yours.

Ana arrived while Blue hurried Edin into the first carriage. Ana didn't approach you. You'd said your goodbyes in the bath this morning, and she did still have to look like a Princess-to-be-Queen in front of this collection of future heads of noble families, jumping her boyfriend would be uncouth.

Instead she went to Vatarie and Asune. The talked quietly enough to seem private while loud enough to let those around hear and spread gossip. When they finished their chat she started talking to the other students, the daughters of local nobles asking the Princess to say something on their behalf. You had to give her this, she was good at being liked, and not just by those she was fucking.

When she climbed onto her carriages steps she caught your eye and gave you a parting smile. You are confident that when she did, all she was thinking of was who you'd be doing in her absence.

As the carriages started rolling off the academy's hill Asune approached. "I want to spend sometime with you." She took a second before remember to add. "Would you like to come to my family estate?" She was making progress in her accounting for other peoples opinion, and that gives you a chance to meet up with Hanna.

"I want to spend time with him." Vatarie said approaching grabbing your hand. "He was gone all yesterday and I wanted to introduce him to the Royal Guards from my home." You remembered all those proud olive skin faces beaming at Vatarie during the duels yesterday.

You also have a potential champion at the library needing attention. You see Clare watching you, before you have a chance to wave her over she nods towards your right. You look over and see Auria, Oriana and Cynthia lingered, wanting your attention but not interrupting the two upper nobles. Busy day it seems.
