Victoria and Gavin

Gavin was sitting outside Victoria's room playing away on his game. He really didn't want to go to the lake, he just wanted Ashley and her jealousy to leave him alone. He figured he'd wait outside the room and let her know he'd changed his mind. When Victoria stepped out of her room in a black one-piece with a wrap around her waist he was pretty sure his jaw hit the floor. Thankfully he had his nose in his game so he was certain she hadn't seen his reaction. He also felt a little guilty for thinking those thoughts about the girl his best friend was interested in.

"Where's Ashley?" the blonde asked?

"She didn't want to wait."

"Figures," she sighed.

"Hey I don't..." Gavin started.

"And Kurt is probably just waiting around to follow me to the lake like he was following me everywhere else."

The last statement made Gavin change his mind. He was in no mood for the lake, but for Zack's sake, and Victoria's he couldn't risk her running into that asshole alone.

"Whatever, come on!" Victoria smiled as she grabbed Gavin's hand for a moment before she pulled away to head out of the cabin. Gavin felt a spark shoot through him. But that perfect body in that swimsuit, that smile, that touch. "Stop it." he said to himself. He could never hurt Zack like that. Besides, he had his own roommate he needed to be thinking about. How could he get up the courage to approach the beautiful Heather. Maybe with the way she had teased him earlier he wouldn't need to. He closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath on that thought. When he opened them he saw Victoria was already out the door and he ran to catch up.
