Nod at her words leaving for your next classroom

You arrive in Mr. Tatum room ready to learn what the teacher will talk about today.

You sit in front of the classroom to hear the black professor. His class did intrigue you yesterday. Mr. Tatum talking about tiers within heroes. How he'll bring out the best potential from everybody in class.

The girls were listening intently. Their eyes were glued to the professor. Mr. Tatum is an intelligent and handsome man. He knew how to keep their attention. You notice a few of the girls leaning forward, their chests pressed up against desks.

Mr. Tatum said. "I can do greater things with my gifts than most people. The manner of how I gather Intel when working with super teams is by none the fastest and most efficient way possible."

Gina raises her hand. "Can you give us a hint about your power?"

Mr. Tatum shook his head. "I'll let you find out about my ability, one day. But, for now, let's talk about your powers and how we can enhance them. Let's talk about the heroes in this room and their potential."

You can't help but wonder if Violet was listening. She was looking at him, her eyes glazed over. It was almost as if she was hypnotized by him.

As the class continued, you noticed the way Mr. Tatum was talking. It was as if he was speaking to each student individually. His eyes never leave them. He was paying attention to every detail. You wondered if he had some kind of mental powers.

Mr. Tatum asks. "Which hero wants to reveal their power today? I'll help show you what tiers are."

Guggi steps up. He wants to improve his position in the rankings. Being last to the middle of the pact isn't something he wants in his super learnings. "Please, sir. Help me out."

Mr. Tatum nods. "Okay. This man right here is a strong hero. He's the third best in the class at what he can do. That's good. But not great if he's trying to get into the top 100. All besides the lucky few, have a weakness as a strength base. A female hero could lift forty tons, but if her ten-minute time window went out. And she's trying to hold the tons. She'll get crushed by the weight. Guggi you need to protect your soft spot better and see if you do anything to get stronger. Working out harder, studying, and eating better. All the little things matter. I say this because a weakness is always going to be there. You just have to work harder."

Guggi nods. "Yes, sir. I understand."

"Next. Let's have the petite lady up here. Riley, I think you have something great in you." Mr. Tatum said.

Riley stood up, smiling. She's happy that a handsome professor is acknowledging her. She was eager to prove herself.

"So, Miss Riley. Tell me about your powers." Mr. Tatum asked.

Riley said. "Well, I can make sing and bring down foes. My body can produce a bunch of little notes to crush villains."

Mr. Tatum nods. "Yes, this right here is great. Strength base are our bruiser class. They have the strongest to the weakest of our kind. Then we have mental base heroes. Heroes who can throw people with their minds or other unique ways. These are quite rare. We classified Riley's wonderful gifts as miscellaneous heroes. All power we haven't discovered yet falls under this. Now, we have agility-based heroes. These are the speedsters. They can move so fast, their bodies become a blur. Then, we have elemental base heroes. Heroes who can control the weather, earth, fire, water, and so on. And lastly, we have the stealth heroes. These are the sneaks and spies. The invisible heroes or the heroes who can disappear in shadows. Or abilities that we believe belong in this section. You'll know what your power falls under."

He gives out pieces of paper with the listed tiers and names of heroes who fall under them.

You glance at your paper. Strength base, mental base, miscellaneous, agility, elemental, stealth. So many powers as there is a few unknown powers that list twenty percent of active heroes that don't fit under a category.

"So, you see, everyone has a role to play. Each tier has its own strengths and weaknesses. And each hero within those tiers has their own unique potential." Mr. Tatum's eyes sweep across the room, lingering on you for a moment. "It's my job to help you realize that potential. To push you to be the best hero you can be."

The black professor hold everyone attention. His calm presence mix with his ease confidence making everyone pay him close attention. Everyone in this class wants to learn to become a better hero. They hope this man can help them push past their weaknesses and become a top hero in their world. He look at the petite Riley sitting in the front who look also on the verge of foaming at her mouth at this man.

He looks back at Riley. "Your power, for instance, is a potent one. Sound waves can be incredibly destructive. But they can also be incredibly subtle. Have you ever considered using your power for espionage, for gathering information? That will be something that comes up in our line of work."
