Meet Tim, the new Main Character

Tim was a freshmen student at the college, eager to make his mark and experience all that campus life had to offer. He was assigned to the same dorm that David and Seth had previously occupied, but he knew none of the drama that had unfolded there. To him, it was just a place to sleep and store his stuff between classes and parties.

On his first day moving in, Tim was helping his dad carry boxes up to the room. The dorm was bustling with activity, as other freshmen and their families filled the halls with laughter and chatter. Tim's dad struggled with a particularly heavy box, grunting as he shifted it in his arms. "Just set it down here for a sec, Dad," Tim said, holding the door open to their room. His dad complied, taking a moment to catch his breath while Tim surveyed the empty space that would be his home for the next year.

As they started to unpack, Tim's dad pointed out the small closet and offered to help him organize his belongings. "Thanks, Dad," Tim replied, already feeling a sense of independence wash over him. He loved the idea of having his own space, even if it was just a tiny dorm room. As they worked, Tim noticed something peculiar tucked away in the corner of the room, half-hidden by a curtain. It was a gray, cartoonish-looking gun, unlike anything he had seen before.

"Hey, Dad, what's this?" Tim asked, picking up the gun and examining it curiously. His dad glanced over, shrugging nonchalantly. "Beats me, kid. Maybe the last guy who lived here left it behind."

Tim turned the gun over in his hands, intrigued by its unusual design. It felt solid and well-made, not like a cheap toy. There was a small button on the side, and without thinking twice, Tim pressed it. The gun hummed to life, a soft blue light emanating from the barrel. Tim's eyes widened with excitement and a touch of fear. "Whoa, this thing is actually powered on!"
