"All these posts are claiming that the posts from yesterday were AI spam. Most people are siding with the news anchor guy and now there are posts of people throwing things at soldiers to get them to stop the blockades." Betty said as she stared at her phone as an action movie played in the background.

"Waiting it out is just going to be harder if you keep looking." Erin retorted as she laid back into the couch under a blanket with a bowl of popcorn on her lap.

"I can't ignore everything. We've been watching movies for the entire day. You can't blame me for that." Betty said.

Erin let out a sigh. "This entire situation is like a zombie apocalypse. Either the military and regular people make it out of this in a few days or this spreads across the entire country. In that scenario sitting here won't be an option and we'll have to leave. The only thing we can do is wait."

Betty continued to scroll through her phone. "If this thing goes out of control, wouldn't that mean we just end up becoming one of these X'ers?"

Erin looked at her seriously and nodded. "Yep and there isn't a thing we'll be able to do about it. Things are out of our hands now. You'll eventually need to go back to your apartment to get your things. I'd say if things don't clear up by then, you might as well be go there knowing you're going to get exposed."

"If that happens do you think it will be bad?" Betty asked with a mix of nervousness and anticipation.

"I have no idea. At least compared to normal zombies, this isn't life or ****. How many texts have you gotten from your friends in your sorority and how many posts did you look at before they were taken down?" Erin asked.

Betty shifted in place. "More than I'd like to admit."

"My boss has been sending me stuff non-stop. She already has a fat cock and has been fucking her way through the coeds all day. She's sent videos, pictures and asked me where I am at least ten times since we woke up. Besides, being insanely horny and fucking anything that moves, she doesn't seem that different. "Well, I took some time to myself last night before bed. If you want you can shut the door and do it in the bathroom if you're ****. I'm not going to judge you for that. We'll find out what the deal is in a couple of days." Erin said. As she finished talking, the movie got to a quiet section and the sound of moaning echoed against the all from the neighbors apartment.

"Does a couple live next door?" Betty asked.

Erin shook her head. "Nope. My neighbor is some lawyer guy that's been single as long as I've lived here."

"Do you think?-" Betty began to ask.

"Let's just not think about it." Erin replied cutting her off. She turned up the volume on the TV and placed the bowl of popcorn on the coffee table. "We should check the news again before bed."
