How does Sarah react?
Calmly
You watched as Sarah took this in. Eventually she asked ‘We are not married anymore?’
‘Technically not. But I intend to marry you as soon as I can. We can’t tell anyone who you really are. This has to remain a secret between the three of us and the two nurses who assisted in the operation’
‘Not even my parents?’
‘Maybe you could tell your parents’ said the Doctor. ‘If you think they can keep a secret. But the fewer people who know the better. I would probably be jailed if this secret gets out’
'He saved your life’ you unnecessarily pointed out
'There is a further complication’ the doctor pointed out. ‘Yarah is an international student from Saudi Arabia. As far as the government is concerned, you are now a foreign national. You are subject to the rules of the student visa that allowed you into this country’
Sarah's face developed a scowl. 'Are you saying I'm an Arab?'
‘Yes. Your body is from Saudi Arabia, so I suppose that makes you an Arab. But as soon as we marry again you can become a citizen once more’ you pointed out.
Sarah said nothing for a minute, but just stared at her reflection in the mirror. Eventually she said "I do look exotic. I like it. It's looks like I have skin that won't so easily burn'. Sarah felt the bandages on her head. She was still holding the mirror. ‘How long do I have to wear these bandages?’
‘Now you are awake we will take them off and check the stitches are holding. I warn you that it is not pretty, but once your hair grows back it should cover the scars’
‘I am a brunette now, with brown eyes. It will take getting used to’
Sarah was a blonde with blue eyes. ‘You look quite different’ you told her. "But I know you are still my Sarah inside. We will get through this'
‘I think I like my new self’ replied Sarah. ‘Thank-you doctor’
‘I will leave you two to talk. I must ring that woman from the embassy. I will tell her she can visit after 2 pm’
Does Sarah get a visitor?

The Ultimate Transplant
Someone you know is given a new body & life
PLEASE ADD CHAPTERS! A close friend or family member is horribly injured in an accident. As they lay dying in the emergency room, another patient dies of a brain aneurysm. Both of them are organ donors, so a surgeon decides it's the perfect opportunity for him to try an experimental surgery. He transplants the victim's higher brain (the cerebellum) to the donor's body in an attempt to 'save' a life. Amazingly it works. But the surgery was not approved so the hospital convinces the families to keep quiet, arguing that revealing this operation to the public would bring never-ending media attention to all involved. That means that the patient will have to publicly assume the identity of the donor. What will this mean to your friends and family? Who else will you tell? Although you will spend a lot of time and effort giving support, how will all this alter your relationship to the patient? And how will he or she adapt to a complete change of body and identity? Many transformation stories focus on the change or victim, so I thought it would be interesting to instead have the POV be someone who sees the change from the outside. Writers feel free to explore a change in age, gender, class or ethnicity - and the repercussions that change would have on the main character (and others).
