All morning Nancy and Mike worked on their house. Mike mowed the lawn, Nancy dusted the shelves. At noon they met in the kitchen to cook lunch.

“How long have you been naked? I mean, when was the last time you wore clothes?” Mike asked his sister.

“I meant at night,” Mike explained quickly, “when the pool is empty and closed. Swimming at night without a swimsuit would be nice, right?”

“But you should consider making some adjustments first,” Mike told her, his mouth full of lasagna. Nancy looked at him, confused. “I think you could tame that jungle down there a little,” Mike continued, looking his sister in the eye.
