Sae went into trance.

"Sae, when you wake up, you'll believe everything that's happening is completely ordinary." His eyes fell on Futaba and Ann. "You'll interview the witnesses as though they were normal, nothing is out of the ordinary."

He then went over to Makoto. "Trying to make me lose this case?"

"I just wanted you to have a little challenge," Makoto said.

"I think our judge needs to be punished," Ren grinned. "Makoto, strip naked and transform...elephant."

As Makoto stripped naked, Ren turned back to Sae and gave her orders to see what Makoto was doing as judge was normal. Then he woke Sae up.
